All costs are calculated in United States Dollar.
Shipping Destinations
The DQ Shop ships to the following destinations: NORTH AMERICA, MEXICO, GREAT BRITAIN, AUSTRAILIA, and NEW ZEALAND. DQ also ships to most Western European countries. If you are located in Eastern Europe, please email us before you want to place an order so that we can confirm that destination.
Delivery Time
We have decided to use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our courier. Shipping within the USA usually takes between 2-4 business days for priority mail. Tracking service and insurance is available for USA shipments.
To Canada & Mexico, the time is usually 3-5 business days for Global Priority mail. To all other destinations using Global Priority mail - the time is usually between 3-7 business days. THERE IS NO TRACKING or INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL. YOU ACCEPT A RISK OF LOSS WHEN YOU PURCHAS FROM US.
Shipping Cost
For USA domestic:
The following shipping methods have Delivery Confirmation to notify you that
your order has been shipped and when it is expected to be delivered.
Priority Mail Flat Rate: small envelope (1 book) = $4.05
Priority Mail Flat Rate: med envelope (2-4 books) = $4.05
Priority Mail Flat Rate: box (3 - 7 books) = $8.10
For International Destinations
Canada & Mexico:
Global Priority: small envelope (1 book) = $4.25
Global Priority: med envelope (2 books) = $7.50
Airmail Parcel: Variable rate depends on weight and destination.
Other Destinations (except Greece, Italy, and certain South American
Countries):
Global Priority: small envelope (1 book) = $5.25
Global Priority: med envelope (2 books) = $9.50
Airmail Parcel: Variable rate depends on weight and destination.

Refund / Returns Policy
You can return the purchased merchandise within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. DQ Shop will pay the return shipping cost if we made a mistake in the order. We do not exchange items - unless the item was damaged upon arrival; or we sent you the wrong item; or the item is defective. Defective item means: for books, if there are missing pages.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds if:
- An item is returned more than 20 days after delivery;
- A book has obvious signs of use; or
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
